Under Province of British Columbia Ministerial Order 2020_M192 and in consideration of current Provincial Health Orders (as extended on January 7), the Gallery will be closed at City Hall.  Residents may participate by watching online and submitting questions by e-mail.  Some of council will be participating electronically.  The meeting will be streamed online via the City website.

Public Hearing – Zoning/OCP amendments

Public Hearing as advertised in the Grand Forks Gazette.  Under Province of British Columbia Ministerial Order 2020_M139, the Gallery will not be open at City Hall.  Council will be participating electronically.  Residents wishing to provide feedback to Council on the applications for Zoning and OCP Amendments for Parcel C, Block 45, 21st Street or Zoning and OCP Amendments Lot A 72nd Avenue may submit feedback in writing to City Hall or join the meeting electronically (Zoom).  The meeting will be streamed online as usual.

Regular Council Meeting [Time Changed]

The meeting time has been adjusted.  Under Province of British Columbia Ministerial Order 2020_M192 (June 17, 2020), the Gallery will have limited space at City Hall.  Some of council will be participating electronically.  The meeting will be streamed online via the City website (not Facebook).  Residents are encouraged to attend electronically due to space limitations in Council Chambers.

On days with a Committee-of-the-Whole meeting, Regular Meetings will commence upon completion of the COTW meeting.
