TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the Local Government Act, the City of Grand Forks is considering Bylaw No. 2039-A7 to amend the Zoning Bylaw to rezone 2680 75th Avenue, legally described as Lot 1, DL 520, SDYD, Plan EPP32167, PID 029-148-405, from the current R1 (Single &Two Family Residential 1) zone to R2 (Small Lot Residential 2) zone.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT Council for the City of Grand Forks will also be considering a Development Variance Permit application to reduce the setback distance to the rear property line.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT Council for the City of Grand Forks will hear any public input with respect to the above-mentioned proposals at a Public Hearing scheduled for July 15th, 2019 at 6:00pm upstairs in Council Chamber of City Hall located at 7217-4th Street, Grand Forks, B.C.
